What is long covid?
Individuals who continue to suffer from Covid-19 symptoms outside of the two-week period in which they are believed to be infected. This two-week period is enough time for the virus and its symptoms to be able to come and go, yet we are revealing cases in which symptoms are persisting well outside of this window to as long as 4-6 weeks.
What are the symptoms of long covid?

- Breathlessness

- Mental health issues

- Post exertional malaise
Least Common :
- Insomnia
- Hair loss
- Muscle pains
- Persistent cough
Who are affected?
Patients who suffered from severe cases of Covid-19 are more likely to report long-term symptoms when compared to those who had mild infections.
